1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aimcellhealth.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using the Site, you accept these Terms. Please read them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm you meet these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this is not the case.
3. Products and information about them
We sell food supplements in capsule form.
Important health information. Our products are food supplements, not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store as directed on the label.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
Any statements on the Site, in our emails, or in customer reviews are for general information only and do not constitute medical advice. Individual results vary.
Product images are illustrative. We may change formulation, packaging, or label design; the details on the product you receive prevail over anything shown on the Site.
4. Prices
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Additional 3-month and 6-month subscription plans may be introduced; when available, their prices and terms will be shown at checkout and governed by these Terms.
We take care with pricing but errors occur. If we discover a material pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not dispatch at the incorrect price without your agreement.
5. Orders and formation of contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not form a contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, we cannot obtain payment authorisation, we identify a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud or resale, or we do not deliver to your address. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not receive or store your full card details.
By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Payment is taken at the time of order.
7. Subscriptions
7.1 How it works. A subscription delivers your product automatically at the interval you select, at the subscription price, with delivery included. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
7.2 Billing. Your first payment is taken when you place the order. Each subsequent payment is taken on the same day the renewal falls due, on the payment method on file. You authorise us, via Stripe, to charge that method on a recurring basis. Keep your payment details current — if a payment fails we will attempt to notify you and may retry; repeated failure may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
7.3 Cancelling. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@aimcellhealth.com from the address associated with your account. Your cancellation must reach us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to stop that renewal. We will confirm cancellation by email — if you do not receive confirmation within two business days, contact us.
7.4 Cancellation after dispatch. If your order has already been charged and dispatched when you cancel, that shipment stands and is not refunded under this clause. No further payments will be taken. Your statutory withdrawal rights and our money-back guarantee, set out in the Refund Policy, are unaffected.
7.5 Price changes. We may change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price takes effect, and you may cancel before then. Continuing after the notice period means you accept the new price.
7.6 No trial. We do not currently offer free trials or introductory-price offers. If we do in future, the terms of any such offer, including automatic conversion to a paid subscription, will be disclosed clearly before you order.
7.7 Our right to cancel. We may cancel a subscription on 30 days' notice, or immediately where you breach these Terms, and will refund any payment taken for an undispatched order.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms, costs, destinations, and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
9. Returns, withdrawal, and refunds
Your right to withdraw within 14 days, our 180-day money-back guarantee, and our handling of damaged, incorrect, or lost items are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@aimcellhealth.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these Terms.
11. Reviews and user content
You may submit reviews and other content. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, including in marketing, without payment.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or that makes medical or therapeutic claims about our products. We may remove any content at our discretion, and may decline to publish content that would breach food-supplement advertising rules.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, trade marks, product names, design, and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, resell our products without written authorisation, or interfere with the Site's operation.
14. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Site for maintenance or business reasons without notice.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian law — including liability under the product-liability rules of Directive 85/374/EEC as implemented in Lithuania.
Subject to that, we are liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your failure to follow product instructions or label warnings, your use of the product contrary to medical advice, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, strikes, carrier failure, energy shortages, or government action. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund any payment for undelivered goods.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The version in force when you place an order governs that order. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. As a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you are habitually resident, and nothing here deprives you of those protections.
We aim to resolve complaints directly — write to info@aimcellhealth.com and we will respond within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may:

apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, www.vvtat.lt, free of charge; or

use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Court proceedings may be brought in the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, and may only be sued there.
19. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with the policies referenced, are the entire agreement between us. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours on notice to you, without affecting your rights.
